Job summary
Hames Sharley is seeking a Digital Design Lead for the Sydney Studio to drive digital design systems, BIM workflows, and efficient project delivery on complex architectural and design projects. You’ll collaborate with project and studio leaders to plan capacity, manage ACC configurations, and advance the firm’s design technology roadmap.

Qualifications
- Bachelor-level or higher degree in architecture or related field is required.
- Experience leading or contributing to delivery of complex architecture/design projects preferred.
- Registration as an architect or eligibility is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Plan team capacity with Project Leaders and Studio Leaders to maintain efficiency and forecast resources.
- Lead migration to Autodesk Forma and drive ISO 19650 information management adoption.
- Establish BIM platforms and model workflows, reviews, and documentation across projects.
- Coordinate model reviews, clash detection, and reporting to project leaders.
- Develop and maintain the design technology roadmap and contemporary workflows.
