Job summary

NBRS is seeking a Digital Design & Technology Coordinator in Sydney/Melbourne, with 3–5 years in architecture or design tech. The role focuses on BIM coordination, digital workflow improvement, and adoption of NBRS standards across the practice.

You will lead automation initiatives, support project teams, and mentor staff in BIM workflows, contributing to innovative digital design outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in Architecture or Design Technology within an architectural practice.
• Strong working knowledge of Revit is essential.
• Experience with architectural project delivery is essential.
• Understanding of Australian Standards, NCC and BCA requirements.
• Experience with BIM standards, templates, families and data management is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support BIM coordination and digital design technology workflows for projects.
• Ensure consistent application of NBRS BIM standards and project delivery requirements.
• Develop and maintain Revit content, templates, families, schedules and digital resources.
• Provide hands-on technical support to project teams across Sydney and Melbourne studios.
• Mentor and train staff in BIM workflows and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve modelling and documentation challenges.
