RACV’s Digital Experience team is seeking a skilled web content professional to create and maintain engaging content across racv.com.au and related platforms, improving customer journeys and digital performance.

With 2+ years in web content management, you’ll apply SEO, accessibility and usability best practices, collaborate with analytics and stakeholders, and ensure content aligns with RACV brand guidelines.

Formación

• At least two years’ experience in web content management.
• Strong web writing, editing and attention-to-detail skills.
• Working knowledge of SEO and digital content design principles.
• Experience using content management systems, SharePoint and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong stakeholder-management and organisational skills.
• A relevant qualification in communications, marketing, e-commerce, multimedia or a related discipline

Responsabilidades

About the Opportunity
