Job summary

RACV Limited is seeking a Senior Digital Producer to lead end-to-end digital content delivery for major RACV projects. You will combine production expertise with strong project management to deliver accessible, data-led experiences across RACV’s website and digital platforms.

You’ll guide content producers, collaborate with Product, UX, Analytics, and Technology teams, and use insights to improve journeys and conversions while managing risks and milestones.

Qualifications

• Five years’ experience as a digital producer.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager is essential.
• Demonstrated experience leading digital projects.
• Strong agile project management, planning and prioritisation skills.
• Knowledge of SEO, GEO, UX, content design and customer experience metrics.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management and communication capabilities.
• A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
