PepsiCo Inc. is seeking an E-Commerce National Account Manager to lead the Woolworths Group digital commerce effort across Woolworths Online and related growth plans.

You will own the end-to-end customer agenda, align cross-functional teams, and drive profitable, sustainable growth through strategic planning and execution. You will partner with Woolworths and delivery partners to shape omnichannel plans, manage negotiations, investments and P&L, and deliver measurable ROI through content,

Competenze

• Degree qualified (or equivalent) preferred, with 5+ years' experience in FMCG, sales, digital commerce or a related commercial role.
• Proven track record of delivering sales growth and exceeding commercial targets within eCommerce, omnichannel retail and Grocery.com environments.
• Experience developing and executing digital commerce strategies across retailer platforms, including digital shelf, search, retail media, online activation and performance marketing.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing customer P&Ls, trade investment and profitable growth outcomes.

• Own Woolworths Digital Commerce relationship as a trusted commercial advisor across Woolworths Online, Cartology, Woolworths at Work and rapid delivery partners.
• Lead the annual Woolworths eCommerce Joint Business Plan and develop insight-led growth plans across categories and channels.
• Deliver sales, net revenue, share, margin and investment targets with strong ROI discipline.
• Lead digital store execution across content, availability, assortment, search visibility and conversion metrics.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Digital Commerce teams to drive disciplined execution and continuous improvement.
