Job summary

ABBA Engineering is seeking a Dewatering Supervisor and Technicians for FIFO roles in Western Australia. You will lead a dewatering team across mining sites, coordinating pumps, pipelines and related infrastructure to ensure safe, efficient project delivery.

The positions require hands-on experience in dewatering operations, pump maintenance and HDPE welding, with a strong focus on safety and site procedures. FIFO rosters and travel to Goldfields/WA sites are integral to the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in dewatering operations or pump maintenance.
• Ability to work safely in mining environments.
• Willingness to FIFO roster and travel in WA.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the dewatering team to deliver projects safely.
• Plan daily dewatering activities and prioritise tasks.
• Oversee pumps, pipelines and dewatering infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance and coordinate HDPE fabrication.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements and site procedures.
• Provide updates to management on progress.
• Support training and development of team members.
