Job summary

Corroboree Talent in Canberra is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join a high-performing technology program. You will design secure Azure foundations, automate deployments and improve delivery of cloud infrastructure.

The role focuses on Azure DevSecOps, IaC, and cloud security in a regulated government environment. Hybrid Canberra work arrangement and a 12-month contract with extensions are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps environments, preferably in data or analytics platforms.
• IaC experience with Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell and/or YAML.
• Strong cloud security, governance and automation understanding.
• Ability to work with technical and senior stakeholders.
• Experience in highly secure or regulated environments.

We’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join a high-performing technology program delivering complex cloud and infrastructure capabilities within a secure government environment.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys getting hands-on with Azure, DevSecOps, infrastructure automation and cloud security, and wants to play a genuine role in building and improving cloud platforms.

You’ll work across a broad technical environment, helping design secure cloud foundations, automate deployments and improve how infrastructure and applications are delivered.

What you’ll be working on:

We’re looking for someone with:

• 5+ years’ experience working in DevOps environments, ideally across complex data or analytics platforms
• Experience developing and maintaining IaC using Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell and/or YAML
• A strong understanding of cloud security, governance and automation
• The ability to work comfortably with both technical and senior stakeholders
• Experience working in highly secure or regulated environments
