Job summary

Capstone Recruitment seeks a Development/Project Manager to lead greenfield development projects in Melbourne's eastern suburbs. You will coordinate external PMs, architects and consultants, ensuring program, budget and quality outcomes while working with senior leadership.

You will support due diligence, assess highest and best use, participate in land acquisition activities and oversee design through to construction with strong focus on delivery and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in a project or development management role.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects, consultants and contractors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient in Word, Project, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Aged care/health sector experience is highly regarded.
• Positive, proactive mindset; early-career professional seeking growth.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for greenfield development projects from inception to completion.
• Manage external PMs, architects and consultants to achieve program, budget and quality outcomes.
• Work with senior development and property leadership on priority Melbourne sites.
• Support GM of development with portfolio-wide due diligence and land activity.
• Oversee design, procurement, construction, safety, contract administration and financial control.
• Coordinate with internal ops and asset management for live operation transition.
• Occasional travel to Adelaide; flexible working ~4 days in office.
