• 2 years of client-side project management, design or construction experience in property development.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent communication to engage project teams and stakeholders.
• Exposure across construction design, contract administration, and project delivery.
• Organised, proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and drive to get things done.
• Great attitude and contribution to a vibrant team culture.

Responsibilities

• Assist project teams on all aspects of the project lifecycle, including consultant appointments, design coordination, authority approvals, and construction delivery.
• Coordinate consultants and design coordination to meet project milestones.
• Support authority approvals and regulatory interfaces.
• Interface with sales and marketing as needed.
• Contribute to delivery and governance of projects across sectors.
