Job summary

Stockland’s Aura South team on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a commercially minded Development Manager to own a precinct and drive it forward during the launch phase of Aura South. You will manage feasibility, approvals, delivery programmes and stakeholder negotiations, while aligning with the broader Aura South strategy; collaboration with internal specialists, consultants and authorities is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering residential development projects.
• Experience with feasibility, product, and development issues.
• Understanding of planning and statutory approvals.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Degree in property or related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management and delivery of Aura South's early release area.
• Oversee feasibility, delivery programmes, approval conditions and stakeholder negotiations.
• Support project launch and broader Aura South strategy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external consultants.
