Job summary

Aria Property Group in Brisbane seeks a Development professional to lead end-to-end delivery of landmark residential projects, including Sanctuary and South Brisbane masterplan. You will collaborate with a senior team to drive design, approvals, procurement, and handover to operations.

This role offers exposure to high-density mixed-use developments, in-house build integration with Riviere Constructions, and a clear pathway to delivery within Aria Living.

Qualifications

• Background as a Registered Architect, Architectural Designer or early career Development Manager with experience across design practice.
• Experience in high-density mixed-use / residential is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the full design lifecycle from concept through to design development, documentation, delivery and handover.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of landmark residential developments.
• Collaborate with senior team on approvals management and project delivery.
• Coordinate with in-house Aria Living team and build partner for handover to operation.
