Job summary

Frasers Property Australia is seeking an Assistant Development Manager to help deliver Queensland's landmark residential masterplanned communities. You will work across the project lifecycle, from feasibility through to titling, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to optimise margins and manage commercial risk.

The role requires a commercially minded, proactive professional with experience in property development, strong financial literacy, and effective stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the property development industry, residential land, civil works, or masterplanned communities.
• Tertiary qualification in Property, Construction Management, Business, Development, Economics, or related built-environment field.
• Strong contract and procurement skills, with high commercial and financial literacy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed project reports, forecasts, and quarterly development reports for key residential communities.
• Monitor planning, development, and construction costs against budgets to optimise margins.
• Build relationships with local authorities, contractors, consultants, and JV partners to coordinate timelines and settlements.
• Assist with masterplanning and design development to deliver cost-effective, liveable neighbourhoods and ensure Safety in Design reviews.
