Job summary

Stockland’s Aura South team on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a commercially minded Development Manager to own a precinct from planning through delivery. You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team to drive feasibility, approvals and program milestones, while aligning with the broader Aura South strategy and commercial goals.

You may be stepping up from an Assistant Development Manager role or already have around two years in a Development Manager position.

Qualifications

Proven experience delivering residential development projects.
Around two years’ Development Manager experience or strong Assistant Development Manager ready to step up.
Strong commercial acumen including feasibility and project financials.
Sound understanding of planning and statutory approvals.
Excellent written and verbal communication to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day delivery of Aura South’s early release area with a multidisciplinary team.
Oversee feasibility, product delivery programmes, approval conditions and stakeholder negotiations.
Contribute to project branding, launch activities and site strategy.
Support ESG and sustainability initiatives and drive innovation.
Build strong relationships with internal teams, consultants and authorities.
