InfraBuild is seeking a Detail Manager to lead high‑impact detailing operations across Queensland.

About the role

The Queensland Detailing Manager will maintain the highest standard of detailing, manage resources efficiently, and drive workflow improvements to meet project demands.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and leading 18 direct reports
• Own and improve the detailing function and its performance metrics
• Collaborate with sales, operations and project delivery teams
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
