Job summary

IVE Group is seeking an experienced Despatch and Warehouse Manager to lead all warehouse, finished goods, and despatch operations at the Kemps Creek Supersite, supporting CX and data initiatives. You will ensure accurate storage, tracking, staging and despatch of materials with a strong focus on safety and efficiency.

Reporting to the Site Operations Manager, you will manage both finished goods and client supplied stock, drive improvements, and lead a team of forklift drivers and despatch

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse and despatch management within manufacturing, print or mail operations.
• Strong understanding of pick and pack operations, inventory control, stock traceability and despatch accuracy.
• Ability to manage client supplied stock with a high level of accuracy, compliance and attention to detail.
• Confident leader with strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Forklift licence and experience in high volume warehouse environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, put away, picking, packing, staging and despatch.
• Maintain efficient dock flow for inbound client stock and outbound finished goods.
• Ensure despatch accuracy for all BA and PNSW jobs, including correct labelling, manifests and courier coordination.
• Lead the pick pack team to ensure accurate and timely preparation of finished goods for delivery, including urgent or time sensitive retail display despatches.
• Identify operational bottlenecks, implement process improvements, and track key warehouse KPIs including accuracy, despatch timeliness and inventory variance.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Despatch and Warehouse Manager to lead all warehouse, finished goods, and despatch operations at the IVE Kemps Creek Supersite, supporting Brand Activations, CX&Data and PNSW.

This role is critical in ensuring the smooth flow of materials across the site, with a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, safety, and service to internal production teams.

Reporting to the Site Operations Manager, the successful candidate will manage both finished goods, pick pack and client supplied stock, including envelopes and inserts required for mailing lines, ensuring all materials are stored, tracked, staged and despatched with precision.

Desired Skills And Experience

• Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, put away, picking, packing, staging and despatch.
• Maintain efficient dock flow for inbound client stock and outbound finished goods.
• Ensure despatch accuracy for all BA and PNSW jobs, including correct labelling, manifests and courier coordination.
• Manage receipt, verification, storage, segregation and traceability of client supplied envelopes, inserts and other mailing materials.
• Work closely with CX&Data mailing supervisors to ensure the correct materials are staged for each job.
• Lead the pick pack team to ensure accurate and timely preparation of finished goods for delivery, including urgent or time sensitive retail display despatches.
• Implement scanning and checking processes to maintain high accuracy levels across finished goods and client supplied stock.
• Maintain accurate stock levels, conduct regular cycle counts, investigate discrepancies and ensure FIFO practices where required.
• Schedule and manage inbound and outbound freight movements, while building strong relationships with freight partners and internal logistics teams.
• Uphold warehouse safety standards, including forklift operation, racking compliance, pedestrian separation, housekeeping, incident reporting and corrective actions.
• Lead, develop and train warehouse staff, forklift drivers and despatch personnel on WMS, scanning, picking paths and job specific requirements.
• Identify operational bottlenecks, implement process improvements, and track key warehouse KPIs including accuracy, despatch timeliness and inventory variance.
