Grampians Health in Horsham, Victoria is seeking an experienced Desktop Support Technician to join our Information Technology team on a fixed-term full-time basis until 4 July 2027.
The role requires 2–3 years of desktop support experience, including managing desktops, laptops, tablets, and printers, with strong focus on Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and Intune. You will package and deploy applications and support clinicians and staff across the organisation.
Qualifikationen
- ,2-3 years of Desktop Support experience, desktop/laptop/tablet/print support.
- Experience administering Microsoft Intune and deployment activities.
- Proven troubleshooting and customer service skills.
- Experience with device provisioning and software deployment.

- Provide desktop, laptop, tablet and mobile device support to clinicians and staff.
- Administer Microsoft Intune and endpoint management tools.
- Package and deploy applications and manage device provisioning.
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and escalate as needed.
- Deliver high-quality customer service and documentation.
