CommBank is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to join the End User Experience (EUX) team in the Sydney CBD. You will provide frontline IT support for desktop hardware/software in a fast-paced, multi-site environment across NSW and regional locations.

The role involves troubleshooting, device lifecycle activities, and collaboration with IT teams. Travel to regional sites is required, and the fixed-term contract spans 12 months.

Qualificações

• Proven experience supporting desktops in a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Experience with desktop hardware and peripherals.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide desktop support to end-users, in-person and remotely.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop hardware and software.
• Maintain and upgrade laptops/desktops and peripherals at sites.
• Utilise Intune and ServiceNow to manage requests and device support.
