Job summary

Central Australian Aboriginal Congress is seeking a Desktop Support Officer in Alice Springs to provide technical IT support for staff and stakeholders. You will assist with network and application access and the deployment, installation and maintenance of computers, notebooks, desk phones and mobile devices.

The role requires a Certificate IV or progress toward it, willingness to travel to remote locations, and a valid NT driver’s licence.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV qualification or studying towards in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Willingness and ability to travel to and work from remote locations.
• Hold a valid NT Driver's licence.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with strong focus on service delivery.
• Interest in IT and willingness to obtain relevant certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical IT support for staff, guests and stakeholders.
