Job summary

Service Stream in Melbourne is seeking a motivated Desktop Quality Coordinator to support our Quality team. This role offers early-career professionals the chance to learn how quality standards are applied in real-world telecommunications operations.

You will review documents, perform desktop quality checks, identify trends, assist with reports, and maintain quality records, collaborating with internal teams and using Excel to analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing completed work and documentation to ensure quality requirements have been met.
• Conducting desktop-based quality checks and audits using established processes and guidelines.
• Identifying trends, inconsistencies or areas for improvement and escalating findings where required.
• Assisting with the preparation of quality reports and audit outcomes.
• Maintaining accurate records and quality documentation.
• Working with internal teams to support quality improvements and resolve issues.
• Using Microsoft Excel and other systems to analyse information and track performance.
