Job summary

Service Stream is seeking a Desktop Quality Coordinator to join our Quality team in Melbourne. You’ll learn how quality processes support the delivery of telecommunications projects, review documentation, and help drive continuous improvement.

You will work with Excel and internal systems to analyse information, identify trends, and support quality audits. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys data and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing completed work and documentation to ensure quality requirements have been met.
• Conducting desktop-based quality checks and audits using established processes and guidelines.
• Identifying trends, inconsistencies or areas for improvement and escalating findings where required.
• Assisting with the preparation of quality reports and audit outcomes.
• Maintaining accurate records and quality documentation.
• Working with internal teams to support quality improvements and resolve issues.
• Using Microsoft Excel and other systems to analyse information and track performance.
