Qualifications

• 8+ years' design experience in workplace/office fit-outs.
• Degree qualified in Interior Design, Architecture or related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience building or scaling a design studio team.
• Proven budget discipline and delivering projects within allocated hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead workplace projects from initial brief and concept through to documentation and handover.
• Create design packages that respond to client objectives and workplace strategy.
• Mentor and manage in-house designers and raise client-facing design standards.
• Prepare styling documents and material presentations for clients.
• Promote and sell design packages and advise on design service levels.
• Present with confidence to clients and build lasting relationships.
• Oversee documentation to reflect design intent, budget and timeline.
• Keep studio profitability and efficiency front of mind across projects.
