Job summary

Home Collective, part of ABN Group, is seeking a Selections Manager on a full-time, 12-month fixed term basis in Western Australia. This leadership role focuses on guiding a skilled team through coaching, enhancing the customer journey, and maintaining strong product knowledge across design trends.

You will collaborate with RBCs, product specialists and leadership to deliver seamless experiences, improve processes, and drive performance across the selections process.

Qualifications

• Experience leading selections/interior design teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Customer-focused with a consultative approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Selections team through coaching and performance management.
• Drive an exceptional customer experience by overseeing colour and selections consultations and appointment capacity.
• Build team capability and product knowledge on design trends and home designs.
• Manage operational performance, including workflow planning and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and the Retail Centre experience.
