Job summary

• Previous experience in a communications, design or similar role.
• Strong graphic design and document layout skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide communication, design and administrative support across stakeholder engagement activities.
• Design and produce professional materials including maps, flyers, facts sheets, newsletters, infographics, plans, reports and presentations.
• Ensure materials align with branding and style guidelines.
• Provide notes taking, records management and coordination of collateral.
• Manage multiple priorities using project management tools.
• Coordinate procurement of design products and services from external contractors.
• Source imagery for use across materials.
• Keep up-to-date with trends in visual design and communications.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide responsive, customer-focused support.
