Job summary

Quality People on the Gold Coast is seeking a Communications Officer – Design Support for a 6+ month contract. You will deliver high-quality administrative support, coordinate collateral and manage design workflows to meet stakeholder engagement objectives.

The role requires producing professional visual materials and using graphic design software, with a focus on branding consistency. Government experience is advantageous and contract extensions may be offered.

Qualifications

• Administrative support for comms activities, records management and collateral coordination.
• Design and production of project maps, flyers, fact sheets, newsletters and infographics aligned to branding.
• Manage competing priorities using project management tools and systems.
• Proficiency in graphic design software and production practices to maintain high visual standards.
• Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design or equivalent is highly desirable.

Our client URGENTLY requires aCommunications Officer – Design Supportfor 6months+ Contract on the Gold Coast.

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Communications Officer – Design Support to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality administrative, communication, and design support to meet our stakeholder engagement objectives. You will play a key role in producing professional visual materials and managing communication workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Skills and Experience required includes:

• Provide administrative support for communication activities, including records management, database maintenance, and coordination of collateral.
• Design and produce a range of communication materials such as project maps, flyers, fact sheets, newsletters, and infographics, ensuring alignment with corporate branding and visual identity.
• Manage competing priorities and shared workloads through the proficient use of project management tools and systems.
• Proficiency in graphic design software and production practices to maintain high visual standards.
• Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design or a related field, or an equivalent combination of training and industry experience is highly desirable.

Government experience would be highly advantageous.
