Atlas Dermatology is seeking a friendly and organised Part-Time Medical Receptionist to join our small, supportive team in Bentleigh, VIC. You will support the smooth day-to-day running of the dermatology clinic, welcoming patients, scheduling appointments, handling phone and email inquiries, and coordinating phototherapy and Medicare processes when required.

We value reliable, detail‑oriented team players with good IT skills and experience in medical administration.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical reception or healthcare administration.
• Familiar with Genie medical software or willingness to learn.
• Strong IT skills including Office applications and data entry.
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Opening and closing the clinic
• Welcoming patients and providing a warm, professional first impression
• Scheduling, confirming and managing patient appointments
• Coordinating phototherapy appointments and schedules
• Managing incoming phone calls and email enquiries
• Processing Medicare claims and payments
• Maintaining accurate patient records and appointment information
• Using practice management software and other clinic systems to keep the day running smoothly
• Supporting both medical dermatology and aesthetic teams
