• Demonstrated ability to lead instructional practice and raise student outcomes.
• Experience implementing whole-school improvement and translating priorities into action.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum implementation, assessment and data-informed decision making.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional leadership aligned with Teaching for Impact and evidence-based practice.
• Collaborate with the Principal, leadership team and staff to advance the school's vision and strategic priorities.
• Oversee attendance, behaviour support, staff management, timetabling and resource allocation.
• Support Students at Educational Risk (SAER) and promote inclusive education practices.
