Jamison High School seeks a Deputy Principal Inclusion & Support to lead school-wide inclusion and equity, focusing on learning, wellbeing and independence for students with disabilities. The role aligns to the Department’s Deputy Principal framework, guiding teaching, learning, and community engagement across the school.

You will work with staff to develop capacity, monitor progress, and implement evidence-informed practices, driving sustainable improvement while building strong relationships

Formación

• Demonstrated ability to lead a school-wide culture that values inclusion and equity as outlined in the inclusion statement for students with disability.
• Proven experience in supporting students with disability, potentially with relevant tertiary qualifications in inclusion or special education.
• Ability to develop staff capacity to promote learning and wellbeing for students with disability through evidence-informed practices.
• Ability to foster positive relationships with students, families, staff and allied health professionals for reasonable adjustments.
• Knowledge of transition options to best support individual student growth in learning and wellbeing.
• Ability to use data to improve outcomes for students with disability and inform the Strategic Improvement Plan.
