Job summary

Kensington Primary School invites applications for a Deputy Principal to lead Years 3-6 and drive the school’s ICT priorities. This permanent full-time role sits within our administration team, located four kilometres from the Perth CBD.

You will work with an experienced leadership group to improve teaching, literacy and numeracy outcomes, while supporting student wellbeing and inclusive practices across the school.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead teaching and learning improvements.
• Ability to use student data to identify priorities and monitor progress.
• Experience coaching teachers to deliver high-quality, evidence-informed teaching.
• Strong ICT leadership to oversee school-wide technology integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead curriculum improvement with a focus on literacy, numeracy and inquiry learning.
• Use student achievement data to identify priorities, monitor progress and support improvement.
• Lead collaborative case management for students needing additional support.
• Coach and support teachers to deliver high-quality teaching.
• Foster positive behaviour and wellbeing through proactive leadership.
• Oversee whole-school ICT systems and integration of technology.
