Job summary

EducationHQ invites applications for the Deputy Principal Inclusion & Support at Picnic Point High School. This strategic leadership role focuses on improving learning, wellbeing, independence of students with disabilities and driving an inclusive school culture aligned to NSW Department expectations.

You will work in mainstream settings with multiple support classes, lead teaching and learning initiatives, develop staff and engage families and the community to raise outcomes for students

Qualifications

• Demonstrated capacity to lead and instil a school-wide culture that values and promotes inclusion and equity.
• Ability to lead effective analysis of student data and differentiate programs for inclusion.
• Holistic formative assessment practices to support all students.
• Leading and supporting inclusive teaching and learning programs with staff.
• Plan and manage resources effectively and equitably to support learning.
• Commitment to Aboriginal education policy and inclusive practice.
