Located in a peaceful bushland setting in Townsville's northern beaches, St Anthony's Catholic College, Deeragun is a premier P–12 institution seeking an inspiring, faith-centered educational leader to join our team as Deputy Principal - Secondary. Working alongside the Principal and Senior Leadership Team, you will assist in leading the College in alignment with Catholic Education policy, structures, and practices, stepping into the delegated Principal role as required. In this pivotal position, you will help manage daily operations, foster an inclusive, values-driven school culture, and support our committed teaching staff within state-of-the-art facilities.

With proven leadership experience and a deep commitment to Catholic education, you will empower staff through mentorship within a collaborative professional learning community. Drawing on your expertise in contemporary pedagogy, secondary curriculum pathways, and adolescent wellbeing, you will lead continuous improvement and innovation across the secondary campus.
