Job summary

Townsville Catholic Education seeks a Deputy Principal - Padua Campus (Primary) for St Anthony's Catholic College, Deeragun. You will support the Principal, lead Catholic education initiatives, and oversee daily operations in line with policy and values.

Salary Range: $153,277 to $164,999 per annum pending experience + Super

Are you an inspiring educational leader ready to make a meaningful impact? We are seeking a dedicated Deputy Principal - Primary to join our school leadership team. In this pivotal role, you will assist the Principal in driving educational excellence, fostering a supportive school culture, and managing daily operations in alignment with Catholic Education policy, structures, and practices. As a key member of the Leadership Team, you will collaborate with staff and community stakeholders to guide our school’s mission and vision, stepping into the delegated Principal role as needed. You’ll also lead continuous improvement and innovation, using data-informed practice to strengthen teaching, learning and student outcomes.

You’ll bring authentic faith leadership as an active member of a Catholic Eucharistic community, together with full accreditation to teach Religious Education and registration with the Queensland College of Teachers.
