Job summary

I-MED Radiology Network is seeking an experienced 2IC Office Manager to support our Newtown clinic in a full-time, fixed-term maternity cover role. You will lead reception and administration, ensure smooth patient flow and uphold high standards of care and service in a busy clinical environment.

Join a national network of clinics and contribute to a positive, patient-centred workplace. Monday–Friday, 8.30am–5.30pm, Newtown NSW location.

Qualifications

• Experienced medical administrator or team leader
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Able to manage patient flow and billing processes in a clinic

Responsibilities

• Support the Office Manager with daily clinic operations.
• Provide leadership and guidance to reception and administration staff.

• Support the team with complex patient enquiries and complaints.
• Assist with Medicare, DVA, private billing and administrative processes.
• Ensure clinic procedures, privacy and standards are maintained.
• Act as key contact when the Office Manager is unavailable.
• Step into Office Manager's responsibilities when required.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated 2IC Office Manager to support the Office Manager in the day-to-day running of our busy Newtown clinic. This will be a full-time, fixed-term position to cover maternity leave working Monday-Friday between 8.30am and 5.30pm.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will support our reception and administration teams, help manage patient flow and ensure a high standard of patient care and service.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Office Manager with daily clinic operations.
