Job summary

Woodham Petroleum is seeking a Depot/Admin Coordinator to join our Mackay operation. This full-time, permanent role provides on-the-job training and an opportunity to grow within a supportive regional team.

You will support depot operations, assist customers, process orders, maintain records and help with driver scheduling and fleet maintenance, ensuring fuel deliveries are coordinated safely and on time. The role offers weekly pay and strong emphasis on safety and service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in administration, customer service, transport or logistics.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Confident and professional communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a willingness to learn scheduling and transport systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Depot Manager and depot team.
• Respond to customer enquiries, process orders and coordinate fuel deliveries.
• Assist with driver scheduling and communicate changes to drivers and customers.
• Maintain accurate delivery, operational, safety and compliance records.
• Assist with driver onboarding and the coordination of fleet servicing and maintenance.
