Job summary

GCW invites applications for a four‑month maternity cover Relocation Coordinator based at our Gregory Hills head office. You will support day‑to‑day relocation services for customers and relocating employees, ensuring a smooth and stress‑free experience.

You’ll collaborate with relocating employees, government agencies, service providers and internal teams to deliver exceptional service and build strong relationships.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong customer service and relationship‑building abilities.
• Great attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.
• Professional and friendly telephone manner.
• Good geographical knowledge and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to stay calm, flexible and solutions‑focused when things don’t go to plan.

Description

Based in our Gregory Hills head office, we are looking for a self-driven person to take on a four month maternity leave contract role as a Relocation Coordinator in our MoveDynamics division of GCW. The main responsibility is to assist in the day-to‑day services of the numerous currently held contracts and their relocating employees, providing excellent customer service to our clients and relocating employees to ensure they experience a smooth and stress‑free relocation.
