Job summary

Principle Theorem Pty Ltd – Sydney CBD NSW is seeking a Customer Success Representative to ensure new and existing customers experience a smooth transition to Principle Dental Software. You will manage onboarding, early adoption, and steady-state success, acting as the first point of contact and maintaining trust through clear communication.

The role requires strong organisation, delivery focus, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships while representing the company at industry

Qualifications

• Strong sales acumen with B2B focus.
• Ability to confidently present software demonstrations.
• Spearhead projects and drive them to completion.
• Experience or knowledge in the dental sector is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers.
• Deliver onboarding in line with documented processes and delivery standards.
• Act as primary contact for new customers during onboarding.
• Ensure customers understand the product, milestones, and next steps.
• Identify and address early risks to adoption, engagement, or confidence.
• Maintain accurate CRM records across customer interactions.
• Provide reporting to the Executive Sales Manager on customer health, progress, and risks.
• Run regular client meetings and maintain consistent communication with customers.
• Solve customer challenges within scope and escalate when needed.
• Represent Principle at industry events and meetings.
