Job summary

Southern Cross Dental, part of Modern Dental Pacific, seeks a Customer Solutions Representative to join the Rosebery team. You will deliver professional first-level customer service, resolve inquiries, and support onboarding while promoting additional products and services.

Working in a hybrid model with some remote work, you will build strong relationships across departments, apply dental terminology confidently, and help ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in a contact centre or customer service environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• Empathetic and tactful when dealing with customers.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level customer service to Southern Cross Dental and Andent Group customers.
• Resolve inquiries at first contact and escalate when needed.
• Learn and articulate dental terminology to customers.
• Own customer enquiries to ensure satisfaction and exceed expectations.
• Assist with new account onboarding, including setup and welcome packs.
• Identify opportunities to promote products, features and services.
