Job summary

Oral Surgery Implant Group in Robina on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist and/or Dental Assistant to join our specialist Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery practice. Depending on your experience, duties include reception, patient administration, treatment coordination, and support during implant and surgical procedures, with a focus on patient care.

Experience with dental assisting or reception, strong communication, organisation, and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Dental Assistant and/or Dental Receptionist

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Dental Receptionist and/or Dental Assistant to join our specialist Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery practice in Robina.

Due to a valued long-term team member relocating interstate, we are seeking a friendly, professional, and motivated individual to become part of our close-knit team. This role is ideal for someone with an outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities in a busy specialist practice.

About the Role

Depending on your experience and skill level, duties may include:

General reception and patient administration

Treatment coordination and patient communication

3D surgical guide design and printing

Supporting implant and surgical procedures

Our practice has a strong focus on dental implants, so previous implant experience or knowledge will be highly regarded.
