Primary Dental is seeking a Dental Assistant to join our team across Southport and Robina clinics. You will provide chairside support and exceptional patient care in a busy environment. Availability on Saturdays is required and opportunities for professional development are offered.

Applicants should hold a Certificate III in Dental Assisting (or 3+ years’ experience). Join a supportive team within ForHealth Group that values growth, training, and patient-centric service.

Formación

• The candidate must hold a Cert III in Dental Assisting and/or have three or more years’ dental assisting experience.
• Demonstrated ability to provide chairside support across varied dental procedures.

The Role

We are looking for a Dental Assistant to join our dental team to work across our Southport and Robina clinics, where you will provide exceptional patient care and chairside dental assistance in a variety of dental procedures. This is a busy, fast-paced role where you will be given the opportunity to further develop your dental knowledge and skills by our supportive team. For this role, availability on a Saturday is required.

The Responsibilities

• Providing all aspects of chairside dental assistance to our Dentists
• Delivering exceptional dental care and excellent customer service
• Instrument reprocessing and sterilisation procedures
• Advising patients of care
• Fostering professional working relationships with team members, patients and medical staff
• Maintaining compliance with organisational policies and procedures
• Answering telephone calls and enquiries
• Administration support

The Successful Candidates

• Possess excellent communication skills
• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Have a strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail
• Possess a Cert III in Dental Assisting and/or have three or more years’ dental assisting experience preferred
