Job summary

Coolangatta Dental Group is expanding its friendly team on the Gold Coast. We are seeking two experienced Full-Time Dental Assistants to join our practices in Coolangatta and Robina, with flexibility to travel between locations as needed.

Ideal candidates will have proven Dental Assistant experience, be organised and communicative, and enjoy delivering excellent patient care in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Dental Assistant is essential.
• Reception experience within a dental practice is an advantage.
• Reliable, organised and able to multitask in a busy clinical setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel between Southern Gold Coast locations as required.

Responsibilities

• Chairside assisting across a wide range of dental procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilise instruments.
• Maintain infection control to the highest standards.
• Assist with stock management and general clinical duties.
• Provide outstanding patient care and positive patient experience.
• Assist with reception duties when required.

Due to continued practice growth, we are seeking two experienced and enthusiastic Full-Time Dental Assistants to join our friendly and supportive team.

We currently have two full-time positions available:

1 x Dental Assistant primarily based at our Coolangatta practice.

1 x Dental Assistant primarily based at our Robina practice.

While each role has a primary practice location, both positions require flexibility and a willingness to travel between our Southern Gold Coast practice locations when required.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Have proven experience as a Dental Assistant (essential).
• Reception experience within a dental practice is highly regarded and will be an advantage.
• Be reliable, organised, and able to multitask in a busy clinical environment.
• Deliver exceptional patient care with a warm, professional, and caring approach.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Work well both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Be flexible and willing to travel between our Southern Gold Coast locations as required.
