All Smiles Family Dentistry in Sippy Downs, QLD, is seeking a friendly Dental Receptionist who can also assist as a Dental Nurse. You will greet patients, manage appointments, handle recalls and payments, and support the dental team to maintain smooth patient flow.

Applicants must have dental nursing experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced practice, maintaining confidentiality and high standards of patient care.

Qualifications

• Must have dental nursing experience.
• Experience assisting dentist during procedures.
• Ability to manage appointments and patient records.

Responsabilités

• Assist the dentist during clinical procedures.
• Prepare and set up treatment rooms before and between patients.
• Sterilise and maintain dental instruments and equipment.
• Follow infection control and workplace health and safety procedures.
• Greet patients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Schedule, confirm and manage patient appointments.
• Process payments and assist with health fund enquiries.
• Maintain accurate patient records and stock control.
