Job summary

DentalSpa Geelong is seeking a full-time Dental Receptionist to join our friendly, patient-focused team. You’ll be the first point of contact, manage appointments, handle enquiries and support the day-to-day running of the practice.

We’re after someone with experience in a dental setting, who is warm, organized and confident communicating with patients. You’ll support our clinicians and keep the front desk running smoothly. Ongoing development is encouraged.

DentalSpa Geelong is looking for an enthusiastic and organised Full-Time Dental Receptionist to join our practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with patients, keeping a busy practice running smoothly and working alongside an experienced dental team.

About the Role

As one of the first points of contact for our patients, you’ll play an important role in creating a warm and welcoming experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming patients and assisting with appointments, enquiries and check-ins

• Managing appointment scheduling, bookings and confirmations

• Responding to phone and email enquiries professionally and efficiently

• Processing patient accounts, payments and health fund claims

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records

• Providing administrative support to our dentists and clinical team

• Helping ensure the front desk and patient journey run smoothly throughout the day

About You
