Job summary

Health Partners Limited is seeking experienced dental receptionists for our Pirie Street practice in Adelaide. You will welcome patients, sign them in, manage appointments and support the patient journey through the dental care process.

Qualifications

• Experience in dental or medical administration or reception roles.
• Experience processing accounts and booking appointments.
• Experience with cash handling and receipting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organised, motivated and able to manage workloads under pressure.
• Reliable, honest, team-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and sign patients in.
• Maintain patient recall system to ensure reminders are sent promptly.
• Answer inbound calls with accurate information for members and general queries.
• Process patient accounts and schedule follow-up appointments.
