Job summary

Health Partners Dental on Pirie Street in Adelaide's CBD seeks a Practice Manager to oversee a large, modern 18-chair clinic equipped with the latest dental technology. You will lead day-to-day operations and drive service excellence across a dynamic team.

Reporting to the Group Manager, you’ll motivate clinicians and support staff, build a collaborative culture, and ensure every patient receives outstanding care from entry to treatment.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in a large or multi-chair dental practice.
• Ability to build relationships with clinicians and support staff.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills to juggle priorities.
• Excellent communication and a proactive, empathetic approach.
• Qualified in business or practice management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of a busy Pirie Street dental practice.
• Motivate and support a large clinical and admin team to deliver service excellence.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a brilliant, hands‑on leader to run the day‑to‑day operations of our busy Pirie Street practice. Reporting to the Group Manager, you'll be a key part of our leadership team, driving service excellence across a large and dynamic clinic.

This is a 12 month parental leave contract.

This is a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment where you'll lead, motivate and support a large team, build a positive and collaborative culture, and ensure every patient receives outstanding care from the moment they walk in.

About You

You're an experienced practice manager ready for your next challenge - someone who thrives on responsibility and enjoys having a real, visible impact on a business's success. You bring:

• Proven management experience, ideally in a large or multi-chair dental practice
• A talent for building relationships and positively influencing clinicians and support staff alike
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, empathetic approach
• A genuine can‑do attitude and self‑motivation

Qualifications in business or practice management will be highly regarded.
