1300SMILES Dentists is seeking a friendly Dental Receptionist with some Dental Assisting experience to join our Sunshine Coast team. You will be the welcoming face at the front desk and assist in the surgery when required, making each day varied and rewarding.

Qualifications

• Previous dental reception experience preferred.
• Some dental assisting experience beneficial.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly, approachable personality with good attention to detail.
• Able to stay organised in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and create a warm, friendly experience.
• Manage appointments, calls and patient enquiries.
• Handle payments and reception admin tasks.
• Assist dentists during procedures as needed.
• Prepare and set up treatment rooms for procedures.
• Clean, sterilise and maintain clinical areas.
