North Brisbane Dental Clinic is seeking a friendly, organised and enthusiastic Full-Time Dental Receptionist to join our busy team at our Wooloowin practice in Brisbane. You will be the first point of contact for patients, delivering a welcoming experience and assisting with bookings and payments.

About Our Practice

North Brisbane Dental Clinic is a busy, privately owned general dental practice located in Brisbane’s inner north. Over the past 15 years, we’ve grown into a thriving seven-surgery practice with nine dentists and three hygienists.

Our clinicians provide a comprehensive range of dental services, including general dentistry, orthodontics, paediatric dentistry, cosmetic dentistry and implant dentistry.

Behind our clinicians is a dedicated team of support staff who take pride in delivering outstanding patient care and creating a welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

We also have an on-site dental laboratory equipped with the latest digital technology, allowing us to produce mouthguards, retainers, splints and most crowns in-house.

About the Role

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Dental Receptionist who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and helping everything run smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming patients and helping them feel comfortable and at ease.

• Managing appointments, patient bookings and scheduling.

• Answering phone calls and responding to patient enquiries.

• Processing payments, billing and HICAPS claims.

• Helping maintain a clean, organised and welcoming reception area.

• Assisting with instrument sterilisation when required.

• Helping with treatment room setup and pack-down when needed.

• Supporting the wider team to ensure our patients receive the best possible care.
