Coastal Dental Care Kingscliff is looking for a general dentist to join our coastal practice on a full-time or part-time basis. You’ll enter an established book with steady patient flow and benefit from a dentist-owned network that backs you with mentorship from over 70 clinicians.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a dentist, or eligible, plus indemnity insurance.
• Broad clinical judgement across everyday general dentistry.
• Warm with patients and steady with the team.
• Experience with CEREC for same-day dentistry (preferred).
• CBCT licence, or willingness to obtain one.
• Broad case mix across ages, including implants and Invisalign.
• No KPIs or financial targets; autonomy in day-to-day patient care.
• Uncapped commission based on what you bill.
• Dentist-owned practice with mentorship from a large network.
• Group marketing support brings new patients to the practice.

Responsibilities

• Assessing, diagnosing and treating patients across a broad general scope.

We've looked after Kingscliff families since 1969, from the Kingscliff Professional Centre on Pearl Street, right in the heart of town. We're dentist-owned, not a corporate chain, so the clinical calls stay with the clinicians, and you've got the backing of a network of more than 12 practices behind you. About the role

This is a role for a general dentist, full-time or part-time, the rostered days can be flexible to suit you. You'll step into an established book with a steady flow of patients, so you're busy from the start without building from scratch. We're a preferred provider for most major health funds, which keeps that flow consistent. A good day here looks like confident, comprehensive care across a broad general scope, patients who come back and bring their family, and a calm, well-run surgery around you.

What you'll be doing

• Assessing, diagnosing and treating patients across a broad general scope
• Delivering preventative, restorative, endodontic, surgical, periodontal and prosthodontic care
• Using CEREC for same-day crowns, and CBCT, where they help you deliver better care
• Talking patients through their options clearly, so they understand the plan and the cost up front
• Working closely with your assistant and reception team to keep the day running smoothly
• Working within the codes and guidelines of the Dental Board of Australia

What we're looking for

• Current AHPRA registration as a dentist, or eligible for registration, plus indemnity insurance
• Sound clinical judgement across everyday general dentistry
• Easy to work with: warm with patients, steady with the team
• Experience with CEREC for same-day dentistry (preferable but not essential)
• CBCT licence, or willingness to obtain one
• A genuinely broad case mix across all ages, from everyday general care through to implants and Invisalign
• No KPIs or financial targets: how you build your day and your patient relationships is up to you
• Uncapped, performance-based commission: what you earn scales with what you bill, some of our dentists bill well into seven figures a year
• Dentist-owned, so you keep your clinical autonomy with the backing of a multi-practice network, plus mentorship from more than 70 clinicians and study clubs streamed live and recorded for playback
