Job summary

Coastal Dental Care’s Redland Bay Dental Care is seeking a reliable Dentist to join the team on a part-time basis. The roster includes Wednesday and Friday 8am–5pm and alternating Saturday 8am–1pm, with a supportive clinical team and modern facilities in a bayside community.

You’ll provide comprehensive general dentistry, discuss options with patients in plain language, and work within your scope while building long-term relationships with patients.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Dentist
• Professional indemnity insurance
• Current radiation licence and other relevant registrations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine commitment to patient-centred care

• Assessing, diagnosing and treating dental conditions using sound clinical judgement
• Providing comprehensive general dental care, including preventative, restorative, endodontic, surgical, periodontal and prosthodontic treatment
• Talking patients through their options in plain language, so they understand what’s next and why
• Working within your scope of education, training and competence
• Working closely with dental assistants, reception and the wider team to keep patient care running smoothly
• Keeping accurate clinical records and meeting Dental Board of Australia guidelines

We’re looking for a Dentist to join the team on a part-time basis,

The roster is:

• Wednesday 8am to 5pm
• Friday 8am to 5pm
• Alternate Saturday 8am to 1pm

This role would suit a reliable, team-oriented dentist who’s comfortable working collaboratively within an established clinical team, enjoys comprehensive general dentistry, and is motivated to grow their book and build long-term relationships with patients.

What you’ll be doing

What we’re looking for

Preferred

• At least 12 months’ experience working as a Dentist
• Experience across a broad range of general dentistry
• Confidence in treatment planning and presenting options to patients
• Experience working within a busy private dental practice
• Uncapped, performance-based commission, with no KPIs or targets to chase
• An established patient base in a growing bayside community
