Job summary

Pacific Smiles Group is seeking experienced Dental Receptionists for our Mitchelton centre in Queensland. This full-time role offers a mix of weekday and regular rotating weekend shifts, with opportunities to grow within a growing national dental network.

You will greet patients, manage bookings, coordinate appointments, handle payments and health fund claims, and support the clinical team with DA duties when needed. Join a supportive team focused on delivering exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• Previous dental/medical reception experience essential.
• Some Dental Assistant knowledge or exposure is preferred.
• Excellent communication with a warm, patient-focused manner.
• Strong organisation and time management skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to support a growing centre.

Responsibilities

• Front-of-house reception duties: greeting patients, check-in/out.
• Patient scheduling, phone enquiries and appointment coordination.
• Processing payments, health fund claims and patient queries.
• Delivering a warm, professional first impression for every patient.
• Supporting the clinical team with DA duties: preparing treatment rooms and sterilisation.
• Collaborating with dentists and the team to keep the clinic running smoothly.

Full Time | Mix of Weekday and Weekend Shifts

Our Mitchelton centre is growing, and we're looking for experienced Dental Receptionists to join the team in a full-time position!

Availability required:

• Full-time hours across a mix of weekday and weekend shifts

What You'll Be Doing
