Pacific Smiles Group’s Burleigh Heads centre on the Gold Coast is seeking a Dental Assistant to join as a full-time team member, splitting time between chairside and reception. The role includes rotating weekend shifts and opportunities to develop reception skills.

You will support clinicians, prepare rooms, and uphold infection control standards while delivering excellent patient service in a growing national dental network.

Formación

• Dental Assistant experience essential.
• Confident across chairside assisting and sterilisation.
• Reception experience a bonus, or keen to learn.
• Strong infection control standards.
• Excellent communication and patient care.
• Reliable, adaptable and team-focused.
• Available for rotating weekend shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Chairside assisting across general dental procedures.
• Preparing treatment rooms and supporting clinicians.
• Maintaining high standards of sterilisation and infection control.
• Supporting reception duties, including patient check-in, scheduling and phone enquiries.
• Delivering exceptional patient care and customer service.
• Supporting smooth day-to-day clinic operations.
• Working collaboratively with dentists and the wider team.

About the Role

Our Burleigh Heads centre is looking for a Dental Assistant to join the team in a full-time position, splitting your time between chairside and reception! This is a great opportunity to be part of something exciting:
