Pacific Smiles Group is seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist for our Mitchelton centre in Queensland. This full-time role offers a mix of weekday and weekend shifts and ongoing opportunities within a national dental network.

You will greet patients, manage check-in/out, schedule appointments, handle payments and health fund claims, and support the clinical team with DA duties when required. A warm, professional manner and strong organisational skills are essential.

Formación

• Previous dental/medical reception experience essential
• Some Dental Assistant knowledge or experience ideally
• Excellent communication skills with a warm, confident, patient-focused manner
• Strong organisation and time management skills
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to support the team as the centre grows
• Reliable, professional and team-focused
• Available for a mix of weekday and weekend shifts, including regular rotating weekends

Mitchelton Experienced Dental Receptionists | Growing Centre Full Time | Mix of Weekday and Weekend Shifts

About the Roles

Our Mitchelton centre is growing, and we’re looking for experienced Dental Receptionists to join the team in a full-time position! This is a great opportunity to be part of something exciting: Join a centre on the move, with dentist hours increasing next month Be the welcoming face of the clinic and a key part of a supportive team Build your skills with exposure to dental assisting alongside your reception role Availability required: Full-time hours across a mix of weekday and weekend shifts Regular rotating weekends (not every weekend)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Front-of-house reception duties, including greeting patients, check-in and check-out
• Patient scheduling, phone enquiries and appointment coordination
